NPFL rescheduled some matchday 30 fixtures as Remo Stars honour Hadi

The Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, has once again rescheduled the matchday 30 fixtures.

Three games were initially scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 14.

The matches affected are Doma United versus Remo Stars, Bendel Insurance against Kano Pillars, and the Oriental Derby clash involving Rangers and Abia Warriors.

The games have now been rescheduled to Tuesday and Wednesday, April 16th and 17th.

“All games for Matchday 30 have now been moved to Tuesday, April 16, except for Doma Utd v Remo Stars which will be held on Wednesday, April 17,” NPFL stated on its X handle.

The remaining fixtures will take place on the same day across all venues.

Elsewhere, Haruna Hadi has been named Remo Stars’ Player of the Month, beating Adams Olamilekan, Kayode Bankole, and Ahmed Akinyele to the award.

The midfielder, who has featured in 24 games for Remo Stars this season, helped the Sky Blue Stars secure three victories and one draw in the month.

He netted once in the month to increase his goal tally to three in the Nigeria Premier Football League this season.

Hadi will hope to help the Ikenne club maintain their push for a first NPFL title.

Remo Stars will lock horns with Doma United in a matchday 30 fixture at the Pantami Stadium on Wednesday.
