CAF U20 AFCON: Nigeria, Senegal pick quarter-finals tickets as Egypt is eliminated
Nigeria finished second behind Senegal with 6 points and two goals difference to move on in the competition.

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria and their Senegalese counterparts pick the two automatic quarter tickets in group A of the ongoing CAF U20 Africa cup of Nations in Egypt.
Nigeria defeated Mozambique by 2-0 in Ismail on Saturday evening to pick their second win of tbe competition to cement their place in the quarter-finals, a result which may eliminate the Mozambicans from the competition depending on results elsewhere.
Nigeria finished second behind Senegal with 6 points and two goals difference to move on in the competition.
Senegal maintained their hundred percent winning record by beating the host by 4-0 in Cairo which seriously eliminated the host from the competition.
Senegal topped group A with a maximum number of m points scoring eight goals and conceding none in the three matches played so far.
Egypt has only a point and a deficit of five goals to place fourth in the group.
