ECL: Mourinho sets new records as Iheanacho, Lookman suffers blow
Jose Mourinho

Jose Mourinho has become the first coach to qualify for the finals of the Champions League, Europa League and the new Conference League.

Mourinho is also the first manager to reach the final of a major European competition with four different clubs, having done so with Porto (UEFA Cup & Champions League), Inter (Champions League), Man Utd (Europa League) and now Roma (Europa Conference League).

Roma booked their place in the Europa Conference League Final against Feyenoord on May 25 after Tammy Abraham’s header proved enough to see off Leicester City on the night, 2-1 on aggregate.

The first leg ended 1-1 at the King Power Stadium, so with the away goals rule no longer applied in Europe, this was a head-to-head.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Wilfried Ndidi and Ryan Bertrand were injured, with Timothy Castagne not 100 per cent fit.

At the end it was Mourinho's men who prevailed while the night ended in heartbreaks for Kelechi Iheanacho and Ademola Lookman who were both hoping to help the Foxes qualify for their first European final.
