Nigeria-born UFC star Israel Adesanya shocked fans by showing off his incredible physique ahead of his UFC title fight with rival Alex Pereira.

Adesanya, who was twice beaten in the kickboxing ranks by Pereira, defends his middleweight belt at UFC 281 on November 12.

And he stunned fans by revealing his jacked up frame ahead of his third fight with the Brazilian.

Adesanya, 33, posted: "Good things come in threes."

One fan said: "Izzy looks like a light heavyweight now."

Another added: "Adding up weight man, if you get pass Pereira, I would want you to move weight to light heavyweight again.

Pereira, 35, first beat the New Zealander on points in 2016 but won the rematch by knockout a year later.

He made his UFC debut in 2021 and after just three wins, it earned him a title shot against Adesanya.

And he even has the backing of former two-weight UFC champion Henry Cejudo, 35.

Cejudo said on his YouTube channel: “I think Alex is gonna get it.

“This is why it’s so important that as a mixed martial artist that you become well-rounded. That you’re not just a striker with good defence.

"Because what happens when you get that other good striker that has better striking than you, then you can’t take him down?

"Because that’s kinda where we’re at now with Pereira and Adesanya. As good as Israel is, Alexander just still has better striking.

"He knocked him out the last time they fought, he beat him the first time. If this fight goes on its feet, I just gotta go with Pereira.”
