Music star Shakira and Gerrard Pique could meet in the US to settle custody of their children.

This is the latest wild rumour about Pique's future in connection with his split from Shakira

Shakira and Gerard Pique are trying to put an end to all the turmoil caused by their recent separation.

The singer and the footballer put an end to their relationship after 12 years and it seems that there are only a few details left to resolve all the formalities.

However, the two are still concerned about the welfare of their children.

They do not want this situation to have repercussions for them and have therefore sought to create a cordial atmosphere.

The Mexican TV show Chisme No Like already revealed that, on August 4, Pique and Shakira would meet somewhere in the United States to finalise the last details of this situation.

But now they have more information and reveal that the family, the four of them, could get together to enjoy a few days. They have already called it a 'little holiday'.

"It's crazy. They're going on holiday to the Bahamas. They are going to play happy family, and on their return to Spain they will sign the separation," Chisme No Like claims.

It is a strange situation that only seeks not to alter the tense atmosphere between the well-known musician and the current central defender of Barcelona.

Both have already put the problem in the hands of prestigious law firms. The aim is to reach an agreement on the custody of their children.

In the meantime, Pique will be in the United States for a series of pre-season matches. Their opponents include Real Madrid and Juventus.

Shakira has already expressed her desire to move to Miami and even go with her two children, something that Pique does not accept, as he wants them to continue their education and life in Barcelona, the place where they were born.

Everything seems to indicate that the two will resolve their differences in the next month.

It will put an end to one of the most talked-about couples in recent years. The two began dating in 2010.
