Tottenham wage bill is lowest among top six EPL clubs
A significant gap of 70m pounds split Liverpool in fourth and Arsenal in fifth, with Tottenham paying the least wages out of the 'Big Six' in the 2021/2022 season.
The wages of the Premier League's traditional six biggest clubs have been unveiled, with Manchester City topping the table. Wages from the Manchester City side add up to 355 million pounds, which is 12m pounds more than Chelsea.
Manchester United are third on the list, having signed Cristiano Ronaldo, Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane in the 2021 summer transfer window.
Liverpool's decision to focus on renewing contracts has seen their wage bill decrease by 11m pounds compared to last season.
The Reds did, though, buy defender Ibrahima Konate last summer and Luis Diaz, who has already made a major impact at the club, in January.
