Amuneke’s phone hacked, urge Nigerians not to entertain any request for fund on his behalf

Former Super Eagles star, Emmanuel Amuneke, has alerted his contacts to the nefarious activities of fraudsters passing themselves off as him to swindle unsuspecting persons.

The ex-international’s family is based in Spain, with his phone line in the country hacked by hackers who have been disguising as him to fleece innocent members of the public.

The coach of the all-conquering Golden Eaglets to 2015 U-17 FIFA World Cup made this known via an interview with The Nation, saying, “I’m disappointed that dubious people would go through that length to hack my number and use it for wrongdoings.

“I’m really disappointed. So, I’m using this opportunity to info everyone that my Spain line has been hacked and they should please ignore calls from criminals asking them to send money.

“I’m working to recover the line but it’s important for people to be aware of the current situation. Please ignore the calls from my Spanish line because it’s not from me at the moment.”
