Barcelona will officially announce the signing of Adama Traore from Wolves on Saturday. The Spanish international has passed his medical and will join on loan initially with a non-mandatory 30m purchase option. ( Catalonia Radio)

Valencia have intensified negotiations with Tottenham over a move for Bryan Gil. The Spanish forward would arrive at the Mestalla on loan and a deal could be completed on Saturday. (Fabrizio Romano,)

Chelsea midfielder Jorginho is longing for a return to Serie A. Juventus have been interested in the Italian international since he left Napoli for Chelsea in 2018. (Football.London,)

Barcelona have definitively ruled out the arrival of Morata in January. Atletico Madrid's demand of a definitive transfer is too much for the Blaugrana, and the Rojiblancos also don't want to reinforce a direct rival. Morata's wages are also an obstacle for Barcelona. (RAC1)

Leeds United and Monaco are both interested in Liverpool forward Takumi Minamino, but the Reds have turned down bids from the two clubs. Minamino has started just six games this season, and four of those were in the Carabao Cup. (Liverpool Echo)

Matty Cash could be leaving Aston Villa with Atletico Madrid having made an offer for the right-back. The 24-year-old won't be easy to prise from the Premier League, with Villa not keen to sell. (Athletic)

Antonio Conte is hoping to bring Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat to the Premier League, with Tottenham looking to make a move for the Moroccan international. (Marca)

Tottenham remain active in the winter transfer market with Giovani Lo Celso on the way to Lyon as a substitute for Bruno Guimaraes as the Brazilian has been linked with a switch to Newcastle. Negotiations between Lyon and Spurs are said to be underway.(AS Sport)

Negotiations between Juventus and Aston Villa for the transfer of Bentancur have stalled with the Bianconeri rejecting a 20m euro offer for the midfielder. In order for the Premier League side to complete the deal the offer needs to be raised. (Sky Sports)

With Derby County mired in financial trouble, the Rams have received a boost in the fact that Wayne Rooney has rejected an offer of a meeting from Everton to interview to become their new coach, in favour of staying with Derby for the rest of the season. (Times)

Arsenal have set their sights on Lille striker Jonathan David. With number one target Dusan Vlahovic joining Juventus, coach Mikel Arteta has turned his attention to the Canadian international.( ESPN)
