NPFL clubs to choose between two format ahead of the 2023/224 season.
The management of the NPFL has proposed two format for clubs that will be participating in the 2023/24 season.
The format are an abridged league format - to start with orientation and refresher programme for club managers as well as the draws for the season on August 4, 2023.
NPFL Pre-AGM/Consultative Meeting with New NPFL Participating clubs will hold August 5.
The final day for submission of players' registration documents will be August 25.
The league will then start August 26 and 27.
Draws for the Dozzy/Mmobuosi Super Cup will hold in Lagos September 30 while the Dozzy/Mmobuosi Super Cup Tournament will hold in Benin City from October 11-22.
The NPFL/LA Liga Youth League Coaching Seminar is slated for Abuja January 23 – 27, 2024.
Last Transfer Window/CAF Competitions is from December 1st-31st 2023.
Federation Cup fixtures will be released between February 3 to 4, 2024, while matches will be played between March 16-17, 2024.
Championship Play-Offs/End of Season for the abridged format shall be April 2-14,2024.

There shall be season break from October 9th-17th October. NPFL/LA Liga Youth League Coaching Seminar –will hold in Abuja January 23rd - 27th and the last transfer window will be January 15 to February 14, 2024.
The last of the season will be played June 9, 2024.
