Marcos Senna says Bellingham is not yet in class of Zidane

In the world of football, legends often become the guiding lights for the future generation. Marcos Senna, a legend of the Spanish national team and a European champion in 2008, is one such guiding light.

He's not just a star on the field but also an ambassador for young talents aspiring to make their mark in the football world. As the world eagerly watches the rise of young talents such as Jude Bellingham and speculates about Carlo Ancelotti's future as the coach of the Brazilian national team, Senna provides his insights.

Bellingham, often compared to the legendary Zinedine Zidane due to their similar positions and jersey numbers, has garnered significant attention. However, Senna advises caution against premature comparisons.

"Comparisons are odious. Bellingham is just a young lad, and he's only just started in the league," he noted.

"It's true that he's started with impressive numbers. I believe no one expected it, not even him. He's a talent that will mark an era, but it's too early to make comparisons. Zidane is who he is, a legend with a great legacy. We need to wait for three seasons at Real Madrid to see if Bellingham can be something similar."

Ancelotti's potential move to become the coach of the Brazilian national team has created a buzz in the soccer community. Senna, who has had a successful career in both Spain and the USA, offers insights into Ancelotti's capabilities.

"He has charisma and can win over the players," Senna noted.

"A coach at that level has to convince the players of what they want. Carlo is one of those coaches capable of doing it with the best players.

"If his appointment as the Brazilian national team coach is confirmed, I don't think he'll have adaptation problems. He'll do it quickly. That's important. The key is to win,"

Lionel Messi, arguably one of the football players of all time, remains a central figure in soccer discussions. Senna expresses hope that Messi will continue to grace the football world and even participate in the 2026 World Cup.

"With Messi, anything is possible," Senna added.

"Hopefully, he'll make it. Hopefully, we'll see him at the 2026 World Cup. Hopefully, he never leaves football.

"Messi, wherever he goes, ignites passion. He's the best in the world. I'm happy for Messi as well, for choosing a country that has been wanting to grow for years."
