Joshua and Haaland celebrate the New Year in Dubai with a lavish party

Former boxing champion Anthony Joshua and Erling Haaland partied together in a lavish New Year’s Eve bash in Dubai that saw rappers perform on stage with no expenses spared.

The Manchester City star and his girlfriend, Isabel Haugseng, joined the former boxing world champ in a stunning do hosted by clothing brand Pretty Little Thing’s owner Umar Kamani. The Norwegian let his hair down while on the injury table having been out since the beginning of December.

Pep Guardiola’s side recorded back-to-back wins before the turn of the New Year after returning to domestic action following their crowning as world champions. Meanwhile, Haaland was able to get away in what was sure to be a night to remember with Joshua still celebrating off the back of his dominant win against Otto Wallin in Saudi Arabia.

The incredible shindig saw rappers perform on stage, while host Kamani wore fancy dress to the amusement of his guests. Haaland also got involved in the fancy dress fun as he posed for pictures with sunglasses that had a huge 2024 on top of them.

AJ wasn’t the only boxer to show his face, as he was joined by fellow heavyweight boxer Derek Chisora, who won his latest fight against Gerald Washington, bouncing back following his mashing at the hands of Tyson Fury in December 2022. Joshua looked set to face Deontay Wilder next, but the American scuppered those plans after losing to Joseph Parker on the same night as AJ's victory over Wallin.
