VIDEO: 85-year old Obasanjo 'dazzles' in football match
The former Nigeria President could pass as the oldest non-professional football player in the world
As part of the series of activities lined up for the celebration of his 85th birthday, former President Olusegun Obasanjo took part in a novelty football match played Friday at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL), Abeokuta, Ogun State.
The celebrant, Obasanjo was the captain of the OOPL team, which played against the Ogun State Government team led by the Deputy Governor, Noimot Salako-Oyedele.
During the football match, Obasanjo scored two of the four goals during the run of play to defeat Team Ogun, which scored two goals.
