Rockets boss Ime Udoka berates his players for being soft in the loss to the Warriors

Houston Rockets head coach Ime Udoka did not hold back his criticism following a crucial loss to the Golden State Warriors.

The Rockets faced off against the Warriors in a highly anticipated matchup with playoff implications, but ultimately fell short in a 133-110 defeat.

The loss extended Golden State"s lead for the Western Conference"s final playoff spot to four games, putting Houston" 's postseason hopes in jeopardy.

In his post-game remarks, Udoka delivered a blunt assessment of his team"'s performance, expressing disappointment in their lackluster display.

“It looked like the moment was too big for a lot of players out there. It looked like a deer in headlights a little bit. [They] looked soft or scared, one or the other … did"t rise to the moment like I thought we would," Udoka remarked.

The Warriors, led by the dynamic duo of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, capitalized on the Rockets" struggles, seizing control of the game early and never looking back. With a commanding lead established by halftime, Golden State cruised to victory, dealing a significant blow to Houston"s playoff aspirations.

As the regular season winds down, both teams have six games remaining, but the Warriors'" strong position puts them in the driver" 's seat to secure the final playoff spot in the West.
