The actions in the 2022/2023 Nigeria Women’s Football League Premiership Super Six, the concluding part Nigeria Women’s Football League in Nigeria, starts on Tuesday June 6th, 2023 at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba, Delta State.as FC Robo Queens of Lagos battle against former champions, Rivers Angels of Port Harcourt in the opening game at 10 am, they play in Group A.

The second match of the day will be played at the same venue ,  with kick-off fixed for 4 pm.the  match is between host Delta Queens of Asaba and Confluence Queens of Lokoja in group B.

The Day 2 matches in  Group A match come up on 7th June at the Stephen Keshi Stadium between five times Champions, Bayelsa Queens against FC Robo of Lagos at 11: 00 am

The second game of this Day 2, scheduled for 7th June 2023 between Confluence Queens and Edo Queens holds at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, at 4 pm. 

The Match Day 3 game on 9th June, between Rivers Angels Football Club and Bayelsa Queens will be played at 10 am while the second game of the third day of matches will be played between Edo Queens and Delta Queens.

All Group A matches were slated to be played at 10 am and all Group B were fixed for 4 pm this was done to enable the participating Six teams to have a  24 hours rest n between their matches.

 With the format of the competition, as explained by the NWFL Chief Operating Officer, the second-placed teams in Group A will play against the second-placed team in Group B for the 3rd and fourth places on June 11tn at  11:00 am

While the winner of the Group A preliminaries will battle against the winner of the Group B preliminaries for the grand final game to determine who comes first and second. This match will be played on June 11th at 4pm at the Stephen Keshi Stadium.

According to the Chief Operating Officer of the Nigeria Women'sootball League, Modupe Shabi, the name of the eventual champions of the 2022/2023 NWFL Premiership season must be sent to the secretariat of the Confederation of African Football in Egypt latest on June 12, which is the deadline for registration of clubs for CAF Women’s Champions League.

The NWFL Secretary added that the 2022/2023 winner of the season will take home a cash prize of N10 million courtesy of the Delta State Government.

The overall second-placed team will take home a cash prize of N5 million while the 3rd placed team takes home a cash prize of N3 million sponsored by the Delta State Government.

The Nigeria Football Federation on Monday donated kits to the Six clubs that qualified for the Super Six, are: Delta Queens of Asaba, Bayelsa Queens of Yenagoa, and Rivers Angels of PorPort HarcourtOthers are Edthe o Queens of Benin City, FC Robo Queens of Lago anda, and Confluence Queens of Lokoja.

Bayelsa Queens,  the NWFL Premiership champions 20in 22, represented Nigeria at last year's CAF Women’s Champions League.
