Mbappe has secured a house in Madrid

As Kylian Mbappe enters the final six months of his contract at PSG, he is free to enter into negotiations with any club of his liking starting tomorrow, January 1.

Real Madrid have been eagerly waiting for the moment so that they can initiate talks and secure his services on a pre-contract agreement.

To that end, Los Blancos are understood to be preparing a contract offer worth €26 million per year, along with a mammoth signing-on bonus of €130 million.

Furthermore, it has also been suggested that Real Madrid want Mbappe to decide on a move to Madrid before January 15, failing which they plan to go after Erling Haaland of Manchester City.

Amidst all the speculations, El Chiringuito TV has sensationally claimed that Kylian Mbappe has already reserved a house in Mbappe, potentially indicating at a summer move to Real.

If true, this could pretty much confirm that the 25-year-old French superstar has already made his decision and chosen to sign for the Merengues when his contract expires.

Real Madrid have been pursuing Mbappe for years now and it has been reported in the media that if the move does not materialise this time out, the Frenchman will forever be kissing goodbye to any lingering hopes of joining the club.
