CAFCC: Rivers United to face Young Africans in Quarterfinal
The winner of the encounter over two legs will proceed to the Semi-Finals to face the winner between Gallose of South Africa and Pyramids of Egypt.

Nigeria's representative in the 2023 CAF Confederation Cup, Rivers United will face Young Africans of Tanzania in the quarter-finals.
The Nigerians will host the first leg of the encounter before jetting out to South Sudan for the second leg on the 23rd of April and 30th respectively.
The winner of the encounter over two legs will proceed to the Semi-Finals to face the winner between Gallose of South Africa and Pyramids of Egypt.
Rivers United finished second in their group with 10 points behind ASEC Mimosa winning three out of the six matches played and a draw.
On the other Young Boys of Tanzania topped their group with 13 points winning four of their six matches with a draw.
Both sides met in the CAF Champions League first preliminary round in 2021, River United prevailed in the first leg and second by 1-0 apiece to eliminate the Tanzanian team on a 2-0 aggregate.
