Sadio Mane call journalists' ‘killer’, turn down interview request.

Bayern Munich forward Sadio Mane has hit back at a reporter as speculation mounts over his future at Bayern Munich, with the forward linked with a move to Saudi Arabia.

The out-of-favor winger has reportedly held talks over joining Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr, which would see him team up with Cristiano Ronaldo.

Mane endured a disappointing season in Germany following his £35m from Liverpool last summer and is not believed to be part of the plans of new boss Thomas Tuchel.

Footage has emerged of Mane being approached by a reporter over a potential interview.

Mane declined the request with the forward appearing to reference numerous negative headlines about him in the German press during his season at Bayern.

'You are killing me every day and now you want me to talk to you guys,' Mane said.

Mane has faced significant scrutiny during a difficult debut season with the Bundesliga champions.

The former Liverpool man, who was recently voted the most disappointing player in the Bundesliga last term, made headlines for his clash with team-mate Leroy Sane back in April.

Mane punched Sane him in the face after a 3-0 defeat by Man City at the Etihad in April.

He was subsequently fined £250,000 by the club - the biggest in their history - and given a one-game ban.

Sane was left with a bloodied lip and team-mates had to separate them in the tunnel.

They had been seen arguing on the pitch as they trudged off following the Champions League quarter-final first-leg defeat and the confrontation continued.

Reports in Germany had also claimed that Mane had clashed with former manager Julian Nagelsmann in March.

Mane has now been heavily linked with a move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr this summer

According to Bild, the argument came after Bayern's 2-0 win over PSG in the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie on March 8.

They claimed Mane was enraged at only being given eight minutes off the bench and angrily confronted Nagelsmann in front of shocked teammates.

Nagelsmann's successor Thomas Tuchel, who is preparing for his first full season at the helm of the German champions, has revealed that the Senegal captain had not met the required standards in his debut campaign in an interview earlier this month.

According to Sport1, Tuchel said: 'He fell short of expectations.

'The competitive situation is extremely high, the starting position is not easy for him.

'The player knows that too, he knows my opinion and the opinion of the club.'

Mane is believed to be among seven players Tuchel is willing to let leave the club this summer.

Bayern are reportedly seeking £17m to sell the forward, who scored 12 goals in 38 appearances last season.

According to The Athletic, Mane’s representatives met with Al-Nassr sporting director Goran Vucevic in Portugal to discuss a potential switch.

In addition to the arrival of Ronaldo last December, Al-Nassr have also snapped up former Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic and Seko Fofana from Lens.
