Wrestling superstar Oba Femi is looking forward to an opportunity outside of WWE
Wrestling superstar Oba Femi has conquered all challengers thus far in WWE NXT, but he also has an interest in taking on a bigger challenge outside of the company.
WWE NXT Champion Oba Femi recently spoke with Jim Varsallone. When the conversation shifted to Mixed Martial Arts, Femi admitted that’s something that piques his interest and he’d have an interest in doing it if the opportunity presented itself.
“See, that piques my interest,” Oba Femi admitted. “I do have some interest in doing that, and if it’s convenient and I have the opportunity to, I would jump on it… TKO (Femi laughed).”
TKO owns both WWE and UFC, the top mixed martial arts company in the world. If Femi is truly interested in something like this, TKO could make it happen.
But until that opportunity presents itself, Femi still must defend the NXT Championship. His next defence will take place later this month at Battleground against Myles Borne.
