Italian football agent Giovanni Branchini on Tuesday revealed that Real Madrid has made a new  offer of Euro 50 million for PSG striker Kylian Mbappe

After offering 180 million euros at the end of the summer window and having that rejected by the French club, Real Madrid have now reportedly made a new bid of 50m euros to try to sign the player now.

The striker only has six months left on his contract and could join Real Madrid for free in the summer, but Branchini claims that Los Blancos want to acquire their long-time target earlier than that.

"It depends on PSG now, as Real Madrid have gone back in for Mbappe by offering 50m euros a few days ago," Branchini told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I don't know how this will play out. It seems to me that this move from Florentino Perez is worth watching closely.

"It would be a shame for a player like Mbappe to move for free in the summer. I don't know what they think about this in Paris."

It would be unlikely for PSG to agree to sell the player now, considering they didn't in the summer.

Since then, the two clubs have even been drawn together in the Champions League last 16. So, if Mbappe were to move now then he would face his current PSG teammates while wearing white in February and March.
