Super Falcons Captain Asisat Oshoala who is out of the team’s second leg African Women Nations Cup qualifying match in Cote d’ Ivoire this week has been ruled out for ten weeks.

The Barcelona player missed the first leg in Abuja on Friday, due to a suspected hamstring injury, now it has been confirmed she will be out of action for ten weeks.

The striker sparked reactions on social media, following her disturbing tweet hours to the clash against Ivory Coast.

In the now-deleted tweet, Oshoala wrote: “Life is just unfair… I’m tired of trying”.

She missed the first leg which the Falcons won in Abuja 2-0, she will also miss the second leg.

Oshoala who plays for Barcelona Fc will also miss Barcelona versus Real Madrid Champion League slated for March 30.

The all-Spanish quarter-final match will be watched by a record 85,000 fans after tickets were sold out.

Oshoala is the leading scorer in the La Liga Women League with 19 goals from 16 matches.
