Elsewhere, substitute Isaac Saviour grabbed the winning goal as Rangers defeated Bayelsa United 1-0 in a rescheduled Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL encounter on Thursday.
Saviour fired home from inside the box 20 minutes from time.
It was the forward’s first goal of the season for the Flying Antelopes.

The title holders moved to seventh position on the table following their latest victory.
