NPFL: Relegated Heartland set to return to the top flight with the expected purchase of Beyond Limits

Heartland are closing on a return to the Nigeria Premier Football League according to Daily Post.
The Naze Millionaires have reportedly reached an agreement with Beyond Limits Academy for a slot sale.
Five-time NPFL champions, Heartland were relegated to the Nigeria National League (NNL) last season.
Beyond Limits Academy won the NNL title last season, also securing promotion to the top flight.
The club shares the same owner with another NPFL side, Remo Stars.
Finding two clubs in the NPFL could be a herculean task for the owner, Kunle Soname, who according to reports has agreed to sell the Beyond Limits Academy slot.
Per multiple sources, Heartland are now waiting for approval from the NPFL before making an official announcement that they will replace Beyond Limits Academy in the NPFL for the 2024/2025 season.
