A few days after a spectacular show at Wembley Stadium where Lionel Messi led Argentina to victory over Euro 2020 champions, Italy, the PSG forward has hit a new milestone with his national team.

There was no stopping Messi at the El Sadar on Sunday, as the forward scored all five of Argentina's goals in their 5-0 win over Estonia.

The friendly will be remembered given the sensational performance by the PSG forward, who made history with the Albiceleste.

It's the second time he's scored a handful in a match.

The first came on March 7, 2012 in Barcelona's 7-1 victory over Bayern Leverkusen in the second leg of their Champions League round of 16 clash.

Prior to Sunday, he had never scored more than three goals in a match for Argentina.

However, his goals in the ninth minute via a penalty, 45th, 47th, 71st and 76th have changed that.
