Mbappe buys Bale’s house as Davies and Yoro near Madrid move

France captain Kylian Mbappe has recently purchased an €18 million house in Madrid.
Despite previous claims to the contrary, the property is not in the area of la Moraleja, or owned by ex-Real star Sergio Ramos.
Instead, it is situated in the ‘hyper-secure district of La Finca’, a region that also houses several other members of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad.
Mbappé took over ownership of his new home several weeks ago, in a multi-million euro deal with none other than Blancos icon Gareth Bale.
According to a report from La Razon, this new home is conveniently located just five minutes away from the Real Madrid training complex.
This significant purchase strongly suggests that Mbappe’s transfer to Real Madrid is very close to being finalized.
Reports indicate that all the required paperwork and formalities related to the transfer have been completed by all parties involved. However, Real Madrid has decided to hold off on making any official announcements until after the UEFA Champions League final.
The club wants to ensure that their current players remain focused on winning their 15th European title without any distractions.
A house near Sergio Ramos
This is where Kylian Mbappe will live in Madrid.
For Mbappe, this move marks a new chapter in his career. Once he arrives in Madrid, he will be moving to La Moraleja, an exclusive and upscale area in the city.
Interestingly, his new home will be near some notable neighbours. He will live next to Richard Gere’s house and across from the home of Sergio Ramos, who stays there when he is in Madrid.
Also, Leny Yoro one of the hottest properties on the transfer market right now wants a move to Real Madrid. Aged just 18 years, the youngster has already established himself as a mainstay for Lille this season.
Having overseen 13 clean sheets and averaging over eight defensive actions per game, the 18-year-old youngster is on the radar of several clubs across the globe.
The player is firm over his decision to choose Real Madrid should an offer come in, but the presence of other big players in the competition renders the race difficult.
Also in the race are Manchester United and PSG, of whom the latter is said to be willing to meet the French club’s asking price.
Yoro’s current contract with Lille runs until the summer of 2025, handing Real Madrid a massive edge in the race if indeed the youngster prioritises Madrid.
With the youngster set to be a free agent in just over a year, Lille will be forced to listen to Yoro and accept a lower offer from Los Blancos if the youngster stands his ground and threatens to leave for free next summer.
Elsewhere, Alphonso Davies is Real Madrid’s top target to reinforce their left-back position during the upcoming summer transfer window, although they have seemingly cooled their interest in recent weeks. However, it could be about to heat back up again, as Davies moves closer towards the exit door in Bavaria.
According to Marca, Bayern Munich are close to signing Theo Hernandez from AC Milan, and the former Los Blancos and Atletico Madrid star is seen as the replacement for Davies. This would suggest that Bayern will look to cash in on the Canadian international over the summer.
Real Madrid have been willing to wait until 2025 to sign Davies (when he would be a free agent) because they view Bayern’s asking price to be too high, given the circumstances. With a replacement seemingly now sorted, that figure could be brought down to one that Los Blancos officials are comfortable with.
It remains to be seen whether Real Madrid can wrap up a deal for Davies over the summer. It could end up being a massive transfer window, with Mbappe and Endrick Felipe already coming in.
