EPL: Arsenal leave it late, Man City fails first test without Rodri, Palmer scores four against Brighton
Arsenal forward Leandro Trossard snatched a dramatic injury-time winner over Leicester to capitalise on Manchester City's slip-up at Newcastle.
Arsenal looked in total control as Gabriel Martinelli turned home on 20 minutes.
Leandro Trossard then found the net in the first half of the injury time as the Gunners led 2-0 at the break.
But within two minutes of the restart, Justin's header deflected past David Raya to half the deficit.
And on 63 minutes, the right-back got Leicester level in style.
He latched on to a deep cross and leathered an emphatic volley in off the post to salvage a point - as Arsenal were pegged back to 2-2 for the second game running.
However, Trossard got on the end of a corner to the back post and fired across the goal.
And the ball bounced off Ndidi's leg and past a helpless Mads Hermansen, who had played brilliantly throughout with a string of saves.
Then there was still time for Kai Havertz to pounce and grab a fourth to seal the points.
Earlier, Anthony Gordon celebrated committing his long-term future to Newcastle by scoring his team's deserved equaliser.
And Manchester City failed the first test of being without Rodri for the rest of the season, while manager Pep Guardiola was unable to name a full bench.
Pep Guardiola's side had lost the last four Premier League games they had played without the Spain midfielder and captain Kevin de Bruyne, so in some ways this was an improvement.
But City were second best for too long in a physical, often heated encounter as the home side picked themselves up after Josko Gvardiol's first-half opener and earned a point through Gordon's penalty.
The former Everton winger is on the verge of signing a new deal to keep him at St James' Park until the end of the decade.
And Cole Palmer sealed a ten-minute hat-trick with a stunning free-kick and grabbed a fourth before half-time as Chelsea claimed a 4-2 win over Brighton.
The Blues superstar, 22, hit the net in the 21st, 28th, 31st and 41st minutes in a bonkers first half at Stamford Bridge.
And that saw him become the first player to score four goals in the first half of a Premier League match ever.
But his quadruple against Brighton prompted waves of comments from fans hailing his heroics.
One said: "This record will stand for years to come by Cole Palmer."
Another wrote: "Best player in the league bar none."
A third added: "He's currently the best player in the Premier League. What a player."
And a final user challenged him to become the first man to score six in a Premier League game: "First ever double hat-trick today?"
