Abraham hit with snowball

Nigeria born Roma star Tammy Abraham got slightly hit with a snowball after a 2-1 loss against Bodo/Glimt and made sure the responsible Norwegian fan knew his feelings.

The England international didn’t find the net in the Giallorossi’s 2-1 loss in Norway on Thursday, in the first leg of the Conference League quarter-finals. While he was on his way to the tunnel, the ex-Chelsea star got slightly hit with a snowball thrown by a Bodo/Glimt fan in the stands.

Abraham suddenly stopped walking, staring and the fan in the stands and making a few gestures to highlight his discontent. The fan was also so intelligent to share the video on his TickTock account.

Roma coach José Mourinho also almost got hit with a snowball on the eve of the match.Roma and Bodo/Glimt meet in the decider in Rome next week.

Meanwhile, It seems as if Roma will have to do without Abraham for their upcoming match against Salernitana.

The 24-year-old English striker has been one of the top performers under Jose Mourinho this season, flying high in Rome and proving his doubters wrong with his keen sense for goal. The former Chelsea man has netted 23 goals in 42 appearances across all competitions this season, quickly adapting to a new league and team.

As reported by Sky Sports Italia, Abraham limped off during last night’s Europa Conference League match against Bodo/Glimt , looking pained as he shambled off the pitch.

He’ll almost certainly miss Sunday’s match against Salernitana and could even miss next week’s return leg against the Norwegian side, a must-win game following the 2-1 defeat suffered .

Abraham has a strong physical condition and hasn’t missed a match through injury this season for Jose Mourinho’s side, so it’s unlikely that he’ll be sidelined for too long.
